Payment Dates and Explanation
Your first payment will be accepted in the form of cash, credit, or personal check and is due upon receipt of the statement on the parent portal, on the first day of class (Excluding free trial classes). Each charge thereafter will be made via an automated debit from an account designated by you in the parent portal, by adding a card on file.
All monthly automatic transactions will be invoiced on the 1st day of the month and charged on the 2nd for the following month of lessons.
I authorize Verity Ballet, LLC to debit my checking, savings, credit, or debit card account on file on a monthly basis for lessons.
By clicking Accept, you agree that this Billing Authorization may be executed electronically and that your clicking the “Accept” button constitutes a binding signature with the same effect as a handwritten signature for the purposes of validity, enforceability, and admissibility. You further agree that: (1) you have an opportunity to ask questions and have them answered; and (2) you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Billing Authorization.
Late Payment
Initial charges are due upon receipt of the first statement, on the first day of class (Excluding free trial classes). Monthly recurring charges are invoiced on the 1st, and automatically charged to your account on file on the 2nd of each month for the following month of classes. If there are any declines, we will attempt to run the card again in an effort to collect payment on the 14th of each month. Payments can also be made manually at any time on the parent portal. If there is a failure to make payment in full by the 14th of each month, then a Late fee will apply to the Total Outstanding balance. The Late fee assessed will be $15. The payment will be considered satisfied when the payment is posted to the account in full. Verity Ballet, LLC may attempt to reach out directly to you with any transaction issues that may have occurred.
Drop-in Classes
All drop-in class payments, classes that involve one-time payments and not enrollment, are due upon the day of class. Payments can be made via Venmo to @Verityballet or paid in cash. Advanced payments are also accepted.
Overdue Payments
Verity Ballet, LLC reserves the right at any time to suspend the student's attendance in class if payment due exceeds 30+ days. Suspension of the student means they would be unable to attend all classes, performances, and functions, until a payment arrangement is made and agreed upon by Verity Ballet, LLC.
Trial Class Policy
The Trial Class is offered to new customers on a no-obligation basis. Students can take as many as 1 trial class session per class. Multiple class trials are acceptable.
If deciding not to continue beyond the Trial class:
The class will be provided at no cost. Please include written notification of cancellation sent to info@verityballet.com prior to the start of the following week's class session.
If continuing beyond the Trial class:
Enrollment proceeds automatically, and full monthly tuition will be charged to the payment method on file at the start of the next class session. Tuition following this is processed via autopayment on the 1st of each month. Customers are encouraged to maintain accurate payment information in the Customer Portal. Additional pricing details are available on the pricing page on Verityballet.com.
