In  order  to  cancel  a dancer’s  regular enrollment (not including trials),  a completed  withdrawal  notification must  be  submitted  prior to the end of the month to avoid being charged for an additional month.  Cancellation is available online. Emails will also be accepted as  a form of cancellation, issued based on the date of the email.  Cancellation of  your enrollment will lead to forfeiture of  all make-up lessons not used prior to cancellation.

For trials, the client will be offered to attend one class per trial enrollment, free of obligation to submit any payment for the duration of the trial period (7 days past the class date). If deciding not to continue, the client will verbally notify Verity Ballet or send a notification not to continue to info@verityballet.com; Otherwise, it would be understood that the client would wish to continue and accepts the terms of service. After acceptance, your account will be charged at the tuition rate of classes initiated by the trial.
